All reviews are checked and verified by us before being published. If you receive a negative review we will contact you to make sure you provided the service and get your opinion about why you think the customer was not happy. This lets customers comment and score you in six different areas of workmanship and service the customer completes the card and hands it back to Locate Your Look member or leave feedback directly online.
Customers email addresses and contact details are never published and we can publish them anonymous feedback. We protect our members against spitful consumers or the delights of anti – competitive behaviour. We check and verifie all feedback received.
